And want to be turned into art for free?
Hi. I’ll get straight to the point. I’m doing an art project investigating trans* identity- and how ignorance can affect the community and individuals. I need ‘models’ for me to do paintings/drawings of over the entire project, yet the problem is I don’t have the resources to collect the images myself. It’s quite simple, really. All you need to do is send me a picture of yourself with some extra information. I’d really appreciate if as many people as possible tried to send in a picture!

Also make sure that:
- The picture is of you
- You’re over 18 (or 16, with parental consent)
- You identify as trans*
If you’re included, I won’t put the image online without your permission, but I’ll send anyone I paint a photo of their thing.
Include in the email to art.pics.here@gmail.com :
- Your picture- A good quality picture of you, in good light, and preferably shoulders upwards. Not a mirror selfie or group photo or anything please!
- A bit about you- How you identify, pronouns, age, name, etc… (Only identity and pronouns are compulsory- I want to include as wide a range of experiences as possible)
- How ignorance has affected you in your experiences related to your identity- This can be positively or negatively. Don’t be afraid to write a lot- the more information about your experiences with your identity and ignorance, the better!
- What changes you’d like to see in attitudes toward and about the trans* community
